Why I Built This

For most of my career, I did everything that was meant to add up to success. I qualified as a Barrister in London. I built the kind of life that looks impressive from the outside.

It took me a long time to learn that external success is not success. Titles and approval don't answer the question of who you actually are. Real success is transformation, the slow work of discovering who you actually are, and building a life around that truth.

I started building my first company at 19 years old, while still studying my law degree. I have spent 16 years building, learning, and rebuilding around that question, watching young people chase the same external markers I once did, a degree, a job, a title, only to arrive exhausted, anxious, and still searching.

The world they are stepping into is not the one the academic institutions and their parents trained them for. Degrees alone don't open doors anymore. AI is reshaping entire industries, and too many young people are being prepared for jobs that may not exist in five years, fighting harder than ever for the ones that do.

A Centre of Excellence is the next chapter of everything I have spent 16 years building towards. A place to know yourself first, then build a career, a mindset, and a life that can adapt to the world as it actually is.

I built this for every young person who has done everything right and still feels lost. I was once that person too. But the difference is that they now have a platform to lean on when they feel lost and misaligned. CoEx is ready to build, guide, and scale globally.

Do I need a degree to apply?

No. CoEx is open to anyone between 17 and 35. What matters is your readiness to grow, not what you already have on paper.

Is it online or in person?

Both. The programme runs online and hybrid with in-person sessions in New Delhi, plus the Art of Living retreat and the Thailand international immersion.

How much time does it require each week?

Approximately 8 to 12 hours per week. CoEx is designed for people who are already working or studying. It runs alongside your life, not instead of it.

What happens after I graduate?

You leave with 14 tangible assets, a dedicated placement manager, a 90-day launch plan, and lifelong access to the CoEx alumni network.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. You can pay in full, split across two payments, or spread monthly. Full details are on the fees page.

How many students are in each cohort?

300 seats per cohort. We keep intake deliberately small so every student receives genuine attention, not just a place in a programme.
